S. Postage"; below the bust "Two 2 cents"; on the upper left side: "IF NOT CALLED FOR IN 10 DAYS POST MASTER RETURN TO"; right below this "A. ANDREWS DIAMOND PALACE 221 MONTGOMERY ST. SAN FRANCISCO."; top is hinged and back flap opens like a regular envelope
