Provenance |
Donor's grandfather, Elmer A. Whitney, was a door-to-door photographer and used the camera (2008.19.1) to take the picture of Col. George Croghan's re-interment. That picture was taken from the top of Fremont's standpipe. Photograph and city directory transferred to archives. This accession includes the accessories - cut film holders and a box of lenses to that camera. |
